$30,000 Donation Honors Wounded Warriors

The Justus Companies, Inc. and Freedom Senior Services of Indiana are proud to announce a donation in the amount of $30,000 has been made to the Wounded Warrior Project on behalf of the residents, staff, fellow businesses and sister companies owned and managed by the Justus Companies, Inc.

Wounded Warrior Project woundedwarriorproject.org empowers warriors with the tools essential to not just survive their injuries but to thrive and achieve personal and professional success. Over 40,000 service men and women have been physically wounded during the current military conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“It was a distinct honor and privilege to visit the Wounded Warriors Project headquarters and present such a generous gift on behalf of our local community,” states Walt Justus, fourth generation president of the Justus Companies. “I hope everyone who participated in the fundraising efforts is aware of how much they really contributed to this wonderful organization; hundreds of young women and men will benefit from their generosity.”
