A skilled nursing center provides the highest level of care for older adults outside a hospital, including assistance with dining, bathing, dressing, medication, and getting in and out of bed. Twenty-four hour skilled nursing is provided with the goal of reaching and maintaining the resident’s highest potential and honoring his or her dignity, while providing the necessary nursing care.
