Are you an ideal candidate for a home based business with a SENIOR Magazine Franchise, do you want to work from home?

Are you an ideal candidate for a home based business with a SENIOR Magazine Franchise, do you want to work from home?

At SENIOR Magazine we are often ask who our ideal candidate is.  We feel our ideal candidates share common traits, but fall into two categories.

First, the common traits.  Ambition, self confidence, personal drive, motivation, desire and perseverance are traits shared in common by all successful entrepreneurs.  Add to that a desire to keep your life in proper perspective and priority, to be involved in your local community and truly be an asset to your advertisers and the senior population, an enjoyment working with top health care professionals in your area, and self-motivation and enjoyment from working with others.  Our ideal candidate truly believes in the product they sell, understand it, and are convinced it will be an excellent investment in the success of their customers.

Now the two categories.  First, a stay at home mom or retired person/couple who want to supplement the family income and still have the freedom of flexible time to be with their family, travel, or fulfill life-long dreams.  A single territory should be a part time job that would allow a stay at home mom to be involved in family life, or a retired couple to still enjoy the freedom of retirement.  A single market is normally in a community of 75,000 to 250,000 in population.  Since a typical magazine consists of only 30 – 50 advertisers and advertisers sign one to two year contracts, the bulk of the sales are made in the first few months.  The magazine is only published 3 times per year, so deadlines are very manageable.

The second candidate is more of an entrepreneur wanting to build a full time business with more income potential.  As work from home business with no employees, one should be able to run 3 – 8 territories.  Multiple territories are ideal in larger metropolitan areas with sufficient senior populations and healthcare professionals to support the markets.  As an example, the Phoenix Metro area consists of 7 markets, the New Orleans Metro consists of 3 markets.

With either category, we offer three magazine sizes to fit any market and allow for growth.  The start-up cost is low, and you benefit from four years of refining and successfully proving our system.  Training takes only three days in Colorado Springs, and a SENIOR Magazine representative will come to your territory for a minimum of two days additional training.  While we cannot make earnings or success claims for you, we can tell you what we’ve done and how successful and rewarding it has been for us.
