Movement Rejuvenation

Movement Rejuvenation, Part 2

By Fred Miller, DC

At Doctors Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Group, we are specialists in movement rejuvenation. We restore motion of your joints and muscles, improve balance and bring back vitality and strength. You have lost so much of this over the years of taking care of everything else…except yourself.

Listen, your body is made up of moving parts. Bones are the levers and your muscles and ligament and tendons all work together to help your levers move. Recent research has proven that if a joint does not move, the supporting tissue around that joint begins to get weaker, gets smaller and gets less mobile. A joint that does not move normally will send a message to the brain to let the body know that it is not “right” and the brain will send a message of PAIN to that area. Getting your joints to move normally is a better pain “medication” than prescription medication. There are no side effects to getting your joints moving and in the long run it is a cheaper and healthier way to take care of pain.

But, getting rid of the pain cycle is just the first step. The next step is to teach your muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints how to move again normally. I can tell you for certain that after treating patients for 29 years: MOTION IS LOTION.

So, aren’t you tired of feeling old? It does not have to be that way. You can regain some of your “former glory” with our specialists. Our program is designed to increase your overall strength, balance, posture and endurance. We have found ways to help you get your confidence for active living back and we want to show you how
