Independent Living
Independent living is for adults who want to enjoy the benefits of living in an active and safe environment without the hassles of home ownership. Camellia Garden’s independent living community services and amenities – scheduled transportation, dining services, resident programs, housekeeping and transportation – are geared toward fostering independence and creating more socializing opportunities.
Assisted living is a special combination of apartment living, personalized supportive services and health care designed to assist residents with the activities of daily living. We assist with activities like dressing, eating, bathing, shopping and laundry. Assisted living offers similar services; however, more health care services are offered than independent living.
Memory Care
Our memory care caters to people who have Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders. Residents live in a separate, secure area with many of the same amenities as assisted living residents, such as apartments, dining, resident programs and housekeeping.
We are located in Heart of Slidell, on 11 acres, complete with walking trails, a greenhouse and a pond! Our in-house amenities include a hair salon, library, chapel and fitness room. It’s a lifestyle you’ll have to see to believe!
